The site won't accept my password

If you checked out as a guest, you never had an account — so there's no password to reset. You don't need an account to order. Just add meals to your cart and check out with your email. If you did create an account and the reset email isn't arriving, call us and we'll sort it out.

I need to change or cancel an order

Call or text us as soon as you can. Orders are cooked in one weekly batch after the Monday 11:59 PM HST cutoff, so changes are easiest before then.

When do I order by?

Every week by Monday 11:59 PM HST, for Thu–Sat pickup or delivery that same week.
